Lisa Pearl is our finance and pricing expert. Lisa is always busy, busy, busy previewing homes. Because Lisa takes the time to preview, she knows what’s out there, what’s selling and at what price. Her knowledge of upper bracket homes is exceptionally keen. With degrees in both Business Administration and Visual Communication, Lisa not only understands the “business” side of real estate, but also creates some of the best visual advertising in the market. Lisa is a jack of all trades in the real estate world. From property management and investment, to teaching first time home buyer seminars and working closely with short sale and foreclosure clients, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience needed for today’s real estate market.

Our go getter, Michelle Shirley sets the pace for our team and is our woman of action. She gets things done quickly and precisely. Michelle holds a degree in Engineering and is very analytical, methodical and focused when working with clients. This no nonsense gal, even has a knack for making very complex and detailed information understandable. She is a strong negotiator, an important skill needed for all real estate transactions. Michelle has a wonderful creative side as well. She enjoys home staging and helps to make our clients homes picture perfect. Just what is needed for today’s market.

Kristin Rial has a passion marketing and strategizing. Want new and innovative ideas, she has them. Kristin works the real estate market from all angles. Just placing a for sale sign in the yard won’t do. There is so many ways to market a home these days and Kristin helps find the right marketing strategy for you. Having a degree in Business Administration and Communication, Kristin not only enjoys the marketing aspects of real estate, but enjoys the people side of real estate as well. Nicole Michels is our spunky and determined Gen-Y Realtor. Nicole understands the next generation of home buyers and works closely with first time buyers, townhome and condo clients. With a degree in Education and her way with words, Nicole is an excellent instructor and has started teaching first time home buyer seminar. Nicole is also our techie and keeps us up to date with the latest and greatest real estate technology. This is important knowledge for today’s tech minded market. Being internet savvy, Nicole networks our properties on many different websites forums for maximum exposure. With her enthusiasm and a will to succeed, Nicole is an important link to the younger generations.
